why isnt this common knowledge

June 9, 2010

yesterday i had a wonderful conversation with yendys nefer atum about alkaline water and how essential it is to the body. i learned that ph balance in the body is needed for optimum health. for a person to remain healthy, their body must be more alkaline than acidic. our pH level (acid – alkaline measurement) of our internal fluids affects every cell in our body. extended acid imbalances of any kind can overwhelm our body, and lead to health complications. these complications better known as symptoms often get glossed over by pills and well, more pills. never the less, the body will regulate its temperature in a rigid manner, stopping at nothing to keep our ph balanced. especially in the blood. as a matter of fact, the body will go to such great lengths to maintain a blood pH of about 7 that it will even create stress on other tissues, body systems, and organs to do so. chronic acidity will interrupt all cellular activities and functions. that interruption is the building block of every illness we know.

but acid, she isn’t the enemy per se. our body creates acid so that it can break down the food we eat. however, expelling these acids is the key to health. that’s the thing they didn’t show us how to do over here in the lovely west, how to detox. detoxification is necessary for every part of our body, especially our cells. one may say, well water, water is good for cleansing, but wait. what if the water you were consuming was also filled with acid?  what good would that do?

did you know that the amniotic fluid we swim and breath for nine months has high levels of alkaline in it. and then when we are born we are forced to learn to eat foods high in acid, including gasp, water. poor us huh? our body spends so much time and energy trying to clean all the crap we pour into it. and to top it off, we dont even supply it with proper alkaline water so that it can do its job sufficiently.

did you also know that most hospitals in japan use only alkaline water. well that makes sense right. a place where you go to get healthy supplying you with the most healthy things you need, imagine that. it’s almost too good to be true, but it is. alkaline is the missing link to health. disease can not live in an alkaline environment. it just can’t. its been proven and studied for decades by physicians, but as we all know its more profitable to have sick people than well people.

purifying your water through an ionizer can allow it to go through a dramatic change darling. these machines correct the molecular structure of our improper water and allow it to split, expelling the acidic molecule and allowing the molecule that we should ingest to flow, the alkaline water.  she goes from H20 to OH, thus becoming an antioxidant on an atomic level. charged with higher levels of alkaline and free of dangerous nevels of acid, your new pure water can now penetrate tissue and cells walls easier, allowing your body to do its job correctly for the first time since you were born.

the body is able to heal itself, given the proper tools. that’s the big secret sweetheart. provided the correct environment, food, and activity, all human beings can live well over one hundred years, healthy and happy.  unfortunately illness is way more profitable and we all need money right? so who can blame them for keeping us sick.

and by the way, tap water only reads as having a ph of 7 due to the lye they put in water to balance out the high levels of acid already present. the lye they put in water, which has a ph of about 13, neutralizes the water so that it can legally pass health inspections which state public water must have a ph 7.365.

clever, clever,clever.

damn they are clever.
